Shipping & Returns

All orders shipped via United States Postal Service are sent free of charge to any destination within the United States. No fees are charged for handling. If you would like us to use a different carrier, please contact us by phone at 918-902-9001 for information on shipping and handling fees.

Upon receipt of your payment through PayPal, turnaround time for fulfilling orders is usually 3 to 14 days.

We do not accept international orders, nor ship to destinations outside the United States.

Returns

At Thunder Rock Sports Jewelry LLC your satisfaction is our happiness. If you are dissatisfied with any item purchased, contact us via telephone, 918-902-9001, within 2 days of receiving your order and we will email you a Return Authorization Form to complete and send back along with your returned package. You must absorb the cost of return shipping which will not be reimbursed, and you must purchase insurance to recover any loss or damage occurring through return transit.

We do not accept returns that have been damaged while in your possession or in your customer's possession. All returned merchandise must be deemed by us in saleable condition before any refund can be issued.

Personalized, customized, and fundraiser orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
